Xfinity home internet

My home internet disconnects everyday multiple times a day. I have contacted xfinity and they keep saying no issues. I’m not sure if they just have more people using the network then before because of COVID but it’s annoying. Is anyone else having issues with loosing connectivity through out the day? Does anyone know how to get Xfinity to acknowledge and fix the issue. I’ve called several times and the calls drop or they hang up.

I have been told several times I will be transferred to a supervisor but each time I just end up on hold and then hung up on.

Been dealing with the same thing. No answers. Really frustrating.

Search for this guy at comcast; Tom Karinshak and email him. I've been on and off the phone for weeks until the other day. With this email they've prioritized me. Hopefully internet issue will be resolved this week.
