Xfinity WiFi network does not appear on available networks
My home Xfinity Wi-Fi network does not appear on a list of available networks on my laptop, my printer, or my husband's laptop. Other devices are able to locate the Wi-Fi with no problem. The devices that do not list the home Wi-Fi network are able to locate other networks with no problem.
I have restarted the modem several times, restarted the computers, uninstalled and reinstalled and updated drivers. I have called xfinity and used the chat feature and all they do is restart the modem.
Please Help! This is severely impacting my ability to work from home.
