I just had a new Xfiniy modem put in when I upgraded to 4K UHD. After that I bought a new wireless printer and connected it to my home network. Even though the printer and all 3 computers are shown as connected on the Xfinity app, I can't get any of the computers to "see" the printer. I used the disc to install the printer drives, uninstalled the drives and downloaded drives on the internet, rebooted computers, printer, and modem. Disabled internet security long enough to rule that out as a cause. I'm wondering if the Xfinity modem has a setting that is preventing the printer from being seen on my home network? At the end of all of my troubleshooting the only thing that comes up is "contact your administrator" Help Comcast employees!!!
