Xfinity Admin Gateway

When I tried to sign into the gateway at the website 10.0.0.1, I have the correct username and password, yet it says incorrect username. I talked with the xfinity assistant and it told me the username and password. I type in the exact username and password, and it still says "incorrect username!"
