XFi Pods randomly disconnecting. Getting worse by the day.

So recently, our XFi Pods have begun to just randomly disconnect. All three of them. At first, they would reconnect on their own. But as time goes by, they would become even more erratic and even when connected to the Gateway, will not have internet connection.

 

We tried the usual troubleshooting, countless times: Unplugging, replugging the Pods into the wall. Removing and adding the Pods back in the app. Factory reset of the Gateway. Nothing works. And the problem continues to worsen every day.

Are there any other possible troubleshooting ideas? Is it a problem with the Gateway? Are the Pods dead? They're not even a year old. Does that mean I have to buy the new (more expensive) 2nd gen Pods?
