XFINITY network does not connect on iPhone

I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max. It connects to the xfinitywifi hotspot fine, but it disconnects every so often so I prefer the XFINITY secure connection. I've already installed the secure profile, and the network even worked for a while. Now whenever I try to click it it says "unable to join network". I've tried resetting the network settings and hard resetting the phone. What else can I do?

I have the exact same problem.  I have tried everything - I mention all I've tried in my post.;  NO ONE has answered repeated posts.  Very frustrated with Comcast.
