I purchase the monthly WiFi pass often as I’m currently staying with a relative that does not have their own WiFi. I get an issue at least once a month where the signal randomly becomes weak and I’m unable to connect to the WiFi for an extended period of time (longest has been about a week and a half) despite being in range. Every time the problem comes back my iPhone indicates that the xfinitywifi has either “no internet connection” or that I need to get closer to the signal. I don’t believe my range is the problem because when the WiFi is working properly the signal strength is flawless and I never have any issues with slow speeds or connectivity. I never get my full money’s worth when I purchase a new pass because this problem seems to always come back each month. Please help!
