Worst internet connection from xfinity and disconnecting very frequently

Internet disconnecting for every few minutes like 10-20 times in an hour. I have tried restarting the modem and reset the modem but nothing works. I have complained on this issue couple of times but they are saying signal looks good. One of the worst internet connection.
