Worst Service Ever - Intermittent Dropouts - 1 GHZ service only 500mbs -3 months continuous contact
I have been reaching out to Xfinity for 3 months to get my intermittent dropouts fixed. They send a tech who checks to make sure my connections are tight and that is it. Still happening been calling been chatting and rarely connect with a person. Level 2 service callbacks have been promised multiple times with NEVER a callback. I upgrade to Gig dL speed because of my working from home and my daughter attending remote schooling and I am only able to get 500 mbs download. I have the latest xb7 gateway, did away with my wireless router as they said that had to be the issue. Still the same. NO ONE WILL HELP!!!
