Will a modern router or firewall that includes a VPN SERVER work with my XFinity internet service?
I am not talking about a VPN xlient in my home connecting to a server at wirk. I am talking about a VPN client in my movile device connecting back to a VPN server in my home.

Their Internet Acceptable Use Policy prohibits "public services or servers", but a VPN server for personal use should be OK. See https://www.xfinity.com/Corporate/Customers/Policies/HighSpeedInternetAUP.
