Will Performance Starter get a speed Increase?

Comcast just announced a speed increase to the Internet Essentials plan, which matches the speed(25/3) of Performance Starter for 1/5th the cost.

Will Performance Starter get a speed increase anytime soon? Or will it remain as is?
