“WiFi not connected” message, but it is connected

We are getting a message  on the TV screen saying that the WiFi is not connected, but we are still able to stream Netflix and Amazon.  This has been happening now for several days.  After the Internet went down in our area on July 19 for several hours, I'm nervous about this message.  Is it just some software glitch, or should I do something about it?
