WiFi internet connectivity dropping daily
I have been having a daily issue with my WiFi dropping out of nowhere. It is happening several times a day. Sometimes the connection will say that I am still connected but there is no internet and sometimes the network is completely disconnected. When this happens it usually will disconnect, then reconnect a few moments later, then drop again in a few moments, then reconnect, and keeps doing this until the connection restores and sticks. But it is happening every day. I am using the provided gateway and Xfinity pods (3) in the house. Anyone have any ideas?

For a test, does a computer / device hardwired directly to the gateway device with an ethernet cable have the same problem ?
With this test, we are trying to isolate this from being either a WiFi-only problem or a problem with the general connection to the Comcast system which would of course affect both. It's a good first step of troubleshooting before we proceed any further.

Same seems to be happening to me as well. Its intermittent through out the day, but it is happening daily. The whole reason I updated to gigabit and purchased the pods. Very frustrated thats it's disrupting my working from home.

I didn't try the test because I don't see an available data port on the back of the gateway. I didn't want to mess with the gateway set up as other people in the house are using the wifi for school and work.

jus10hand - Same here. Got the fastest speed and purchased pods. It is a daily occurance this happens. I almost misse a zoom call with my boss today because of the outage.
On top of the outages, I also lose connection whenever my Ring spotlight camera is set off. Each morning I have to pause it on the network to prevent that connectivity issue.

I believe these are the logs that were asked for. Not a pro when it comes to the admin options.

This is getting ridiculous. This morning already lost connection at 8:59am, 9:37am (for about 10 minutes) and again at 10:37am.

We are having a lot of area outages. My kids go to school virtually and are not able to get into their classes. I am constantly emailing teachers letting them know. Every single day! Sometimes in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon. 30 minutes, an hour or hours later still off. I check my xFi app and it states there is an outage in my area. It's very stressful! It has been this way for two weeks and seems to get worse each day! I live in the Orlando area.

It is getting worse. I am getting constant disconnects now at 11pm at night now. Not sure what the heck is going on. But I am getting very close to calling to cancel my service and switching over to a local provider.
