WiFi drops multiple times a day, cable gets completely blurred at times, any fix?

For several weeks now, the WiFI has randomly dropped, multiple times a day. Usually for 1-2 minutes at a time. Then the cable gets blurry and jumbled randomly throught the day as well, this has never happened before up until about 3 weeks ago. We have had XFinity for over a decade and never had issues like this. Any help?
