WiFi crashing 4 or more times a day

I've been struggling with constant wifi crashes throughout the day, every day. I pay for 1 gig so that we should be covered for all 4 of us working from home. I've had several service people to my home, swapped routers, everything checked many times with no success. We use the Comcast Router with 2-pods. Our last tech said the issue is actually with Comcast sending signals too high and crashing the modem. They reported that they "fixed" my issue 3 days ago, but we just keep crashing. I've seen so many comments here saying the same thing.

I am incredibly frustrated, having spent 3 hours on the phone and 3 more today to have another tech come out and tighten my splitter. We are paying so much during this difficult financial time and then paying more to use our cellular hotspots to do school & work. I was trying to track my modem's history but I cannot find a way to see it. Am I missing something? Or is it just time to give up on Xfinity and try another provider? In the last hour, I've seen our download speeds dropping from 554, 230, 210, 200 Mbps. upload stays around 35 Mbps.

Still having this issue. On Sunday I started getting Download readings of 681mbps, I pay for 1,000--but 681 is certainly better than the 25mbps I was getting. Now I'm back to 35.1mbps this afternoon and my cable television on a streaming box crashed, I cannot view my daughter's school from home instructions on my iPhone 11 on wifi.

I don't want to call Xfinity to spend 3 hours doing the same garbage we do every time & then having a repair person out to do nothing again. What is going on!?!

I have a call into a broker to see if I can get better service somewhere else.
