I am switching carriers! After two days of trying to get a technician out to check my service I’m still waiting! I am blessed because I can work remotely- but I can’t connect to work VPN because my WiFi has been down and I just upgraded my service! I’ll be writing the FCC about this. Crazy!
For a test, does a computer hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an ethernet cable have the same problem ?
