Wi-Fi not visible

My phone can see and connect to the xfinity Wi-Fi router. My computer can see and connect to my phones hotspot, but my computer can’t even see the xfinity Wi-Fi router.
Looking online the previous fix was to change the gateway to automatic, but I don’t have access to the gateway setting now. How do I fix this?

The two WiFi bands have recently been combined into one with the Comcast gateway devices.


If you are not using any Xfi Pods, you can try separating the 2.4 and the 5.0 bands and give them two different broadcast names / SSID's;
