Im a Network Engineer by trade and have ran diagnostics tools from my home hard wired to my router (220.127.116.11) and to Comcast network (18.104.22.168) 5 hops away. My contract states upto 165Mb althought realistically the best i can get is 37Mb (with no other traffic on the network). If you add the rest of the neighborhoods traffic i can only get less than 2Mb of throughput capacity with lots of jitter during the day. Is someone looking at this network and how terrible the performance we are getting. How do we even open a case ticket to report this issue ? Please see attached reports.

This is probably because the images require moderator approval. That could take a while. You could upload the images to a file sharing site and post links to them here, or post text instead of an image.
