I am paying for the extreme plan which should get me a download speed of up to 300mbps. After an outage in my area about 2 weeks ago I started only having speeds of up to 90mbps. I have contacted 2 agents about this before, attempted the usual restart processes. My PC is directly plugged into my modem via ethernet cable.
Any assistance from other customers who have experienced similar issues or agents that could intervene would be appreciated.
