I have tried MULTIPLE times to call for technical support because I lost internet service. When I call, I get the same repeated automated message that resets my modem over and over and over. Mind you I have already taken this step long before I have called. Then they automated service says, get "online" and troubleshoot my problems. I have no internet access! So what <Edited> am I supposed to do to fix this problem! I pay you for service and support and it's been the same horrible service for years. I rate you a "F" and if I could I would have changed providers years ago! Get it together Comcast. You make a lot of money for doing what exactly?
