The Xfinity support page says to go to the Xfinity Status Center to report an outage, so I did and there is no place to report it.
Internet has been off and on for four days now, and TV varies between OK, very pixillated, and out.
As always, I tried the troubleshooting tips and reset my boxes, and still the problem remains. The outage maps show problems in my vicinity (as they usually do) but never at my exact address, which is why I want to report it.
How can I report an outage?
