What's with the internet outages... No warnings.. internet just goes down.

This happened TWICE this week.  Considering the money people have paid to Comcast, the service suggests that it should cost at least half as much as what people are paying. Plus, this whole "managed monopoly" business should be scrutinized by Congress. There has to be more competition. I for one, am sick of paying for such a LOW standard of service - and this is just the connectivity. Your phone tree is HORRIBLE as well.
