What are the upload speeds in different plans ? Where is the information?
My upload speeds have gone WAY down lately.
I am looking at what speed I am supposed to get but I can't find that information anywhere. I have also been looking at upgrading my plan, but again there is NO information on the upload speed, it only talks about download speed. I have a ridiculously high download speed (100Mpbs+) but upload speed tops out at 5Mpbs. I feel this used to be 11 or 12. I compare to internet speeds at friends/family where the download is about half mine but upload speed is double. I need more upload, as I am having issues with video conferencing and things like that. I don't see anywhere at Comcast/Xfinity that gives me any information on how to increase my upload speed, or even what it is.

ah ok I can see it there under my devices, but I cannot find anything about it when trying to change the plan.
Thanks for the link to dslreports.com - tho funny I should have to go to another site to find out the speeds, though I guess all those things are not available in my area. When I click to change my plan, it says for internet "Preferred Pro" (which isn't in that chart) with download speeds up to 250Mpbs. I guess I have to guess what the upload speed would be (maybe 10 according to similar the chart). It looks like it is the same price as the plan I have now.

Log onto My Account website.
Click Devices.
Scroll down to where your data usage would be, at the top right of that, you should see your speed tier plan name along with the advertised speeds.

That's probably Blast Pro speed 250/10 then. (although in Central Extreme 250 has 20 upload). I agree, pity they feel the need to hide the upload speeds.
(that list is slightly out of date, but it does give an idea). 🙂

This is not a great response. Where is a list of internet speeds that show both the upload and download speeds? If you are shopping and do not have an account then this reply isn't sufficient.
