Website for router configuration showing incorrect IP address

When I get redirected to the web app that you are forced to now use to configure port forwarding, the site is reporting the wrong IP address for the device. Connecting directly to the router and looking there the IP address is correct. 

 

Because of this problem, there is no way to setup port forwarding to this device.

Did you ever get this problem fixed? We are having a similar issue.

Please create a new topic of your own here on this board detailing your issue. Thanks. Re-closing this year old dead thread that was improperly re-opened by the new forum software / platform. A known issue that is being worked on.
