WIFI hotspot won’t connect/home WiFi CONSTANTLY dropping

XFi hotspots and home WiFi are CONSTANTLY dropping signal or failing to connect. Right now I’m in a “3 bar” XFi hotspot and my iPad is saying 0 internet!
