Very high jitter values on internet service

I can't find a ticket submission form or get connected to an agent via the chat bot. 
My internet service has very high jitter values (144ms) which is causing issues with the use of the service with WFH teleconferences. 
Can someone from Comcast please help with routing this to the right people?
