I have been experiencing extreamly slow speeds and the network keeps disconnecting atleast once every 2-3 hours. I have been trying to troubleshoot but everytime all it makes me do is restart the modem(which does not work, you service is bad).
Due to the pandemic, I am working from home, as many of us are and it is very essential that I have real good connectivity to be efficient at work. I opted for Xfinity with an assumption that they are the best internet providers in USA, but thank you for proving me wrong. I am very disappointed and cannot wait to change the service provider.
