Upstream issue? "Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3 time-out"
My xfinity internet connection has been randomly going off and then on repeatedly since yesterday.
2 days before, a xfinity tech came and buried and underground cable near my apartment building. The connection issues started the next day. Another technician came out today and said he'd tightened the cables or something and that it should resolve the issue but it did not.
I am attaching my modem log below. I use a Motorola MB7621 modem and the modem is brand new (purchased late June 2020 and opened in July 2020).
As seen below, all the times that connection issues occur there is a message in the log saying "Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3 time-out"
