Upstream Power Level (dBmV) spiked AFTER an outage in my area last night

Hello,

My Upstream Power Level (dBmV) has spiked since last night when there was an outage in my area.  I noticed today I'm having intermittent issues/disconnects when playing PS4 games online or when doing video calls / conference calls on PC or Phone.  I even bypassed the router (to rule out it's not a router issue) by using a hardwire ethernet cable between Modem and PC.

My upstream power level is usually around 47 dBmV but today my modem is reading 56 dBmV for upstream.  The downstream power level didn't change at all.  I check these levels almost every other day (I am a nerd lol).

I called Comcast today and spoke to an agent.  They had no idea what these power levels mean.  I asked if I can speak to a technician but the agent I spoke to just said "I am a technician" which is very surprising that a technician doesn't know what these modem power levels mean and what the acceptable range is.

Any help is appreciated.  I hope a technician from Comcast is here to review this post and check what's going on.
