Upstream Channels not locked
Hi,
I am looking at my newly installed modem and noticed several channels are showing as not locked. Additionally I'm seeing a flurry of warnings in the logs. Is this expected?

You should have a Comcast premise tech take a look at this. At least 3 upstream channels should be locked. You may have a trap on your coax line.
Call the phone number on your bill or 1-800-Comcast, or use one of the options on https://www.xfinity.com/support/contact-us/. Insist they send a tech out to identify the cause and correct it.
