My internet speed names were changed instead of 2 it's now 1 name auto detective for devices its knocked devices off line and they won't reconnect

Are you referring to your wifi SSID?

If you are not using any Xfi Pods, you can try separating the 2.4 and the 5.0 bands and give them two different broadcast names / SSID's;
