Upgraded my internet plan, still getting old download speeds
I upgraded my internet plan yesterday morning (more than 24 hours ago). I went from the BLAST! plan (downloads of 300mbps, uploads of 12mbps) to the Gigabit plan (downloads of 1000mbps, uploads of 36mbps).
The strange thing is, the upload speeds have increased to what they should be. But, I am still getting around 300mbps download speeds.
I have spoken with agents multiple times about this, and none of them have solved anything. They claim that my signal quality is totally fine.
I am using the Arris SB8200 modem, and I have a desktop computer (with a gigabit ethernet port) that is DIRECTLY wired into it.
I have rebooted the modem many times, as have the agents I've spoken to.
So, the signal quality is fine. The modem supports the speeds easily, and I am hooked directly into it. My computer supports the speeds, and says that my link speed is indeed 1 gigabit when I check adapter settings in Windows settings.
Is there any chance someone can give me a hand here? I'm hoping someone here has a better idea of what to do aside from resetting my modem 10 different times.
Thanks everyone!

@EG I saw you reply to the last thread requesting info. I do not remember the third thing, but I posted up and downstream images in this thread. Hope that helps.

The signal stats are o/k but there are other signal stat figures that can't be read by the modem. They are the "Upstream Rx Power" (Upstream Receive Power Level), the "Upstream SNR Ch." (Upstream Signal To Noise Ratio), and the "Upstream ICFR" (In Channel Frequency Response). These are as equally important in diagnosing connectivity issues as are the modem's stats.
I'm going to escalate your issue to the Comcast corporate employees that are available to these boards. They will be able to poll the CMTS to see whether or not everything is in the green zone, see your node / cable plant and modem health, and also see a history plot for the modem. You should get a reply here in your topic. Good luck !

The photos I posted do not seem to be working properly, I'm honestly not sure why. I uploaded them to Imgur if that issue is happening for everyone else as well:

That's amazing, thank you so much! That's the type of work I've been trying to get done before they send a tech out to my place and charge me for it haha.
Thanks so much for your help, greatly appreciate it.

Greetings, @GFCSpeedruns! I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us here on the forums. I hope you are having an amazing day. I apologize to hear of the issues you are running into with your internet speeds after upgrading to the Gigabit plan. As EG has mentioned, we would like to take a closer look at the full signal and see what's going on. Can you please send me a PM with your first and last name so I may further assist you?
