I am in similar sitatution. Even at the output of the modem, when I connect laptop directly _ i see it drop 1 every 100 times. This is really frustrating as I do meetings from home and kids do Zoom for school. Called Xifnity many times (over 10 hours) and Netgear couple of times (2 hours). Tech came by and said neighubourhood bandwidth issue ? But no followup. Not sure what are the next steps.
