Unstable Wifi-need in-person tech support
Experiencing unstable wifi, particularly when on ZOOM calls. Have tried to work with a virtual tech and restart modem, etc, etc to no avail. How can I get a physical person/tech to visit my home?

There are other options. Google for WiFi repeaters / range extenders, WiFi mesh systems / pods, powerline ethernet adapters, MoCA adapters. Good luck !
