Unstable Connection
I'm kind of at my wit's end here with my connection and I'm hoping someone may have some insight.
Background:
About a month and a half ago, my connection went from perfect stability/speeds to very unstable. My downloads are now rarely reaching beyond 100 mbps down when I should be getting 275. This would be fine for my needs, but the stability of the connection will drop in and out frequently, causing issues with livestreaming, competitive gaming, etc etc.
What I've tried:
The issues started happening with my SB6190 modem and with a Netgear AC1750. Since then, I've had 3 techs come visit to try and problem solve. All connections on the coax running to my home have been replaced, the line running from the tap to my home have been replaced, I've changed out the hardware in my home with a Netgear AC3200 and a Netgear CM1200 router and modem, I've changed out wires inside the home, I've run hardwired tests directly from the modem, etc etc etc. At this point, pretty much everything in my home has been changed out/tested/checked by techs, etc.
I realize that traffic is heavier now with more people staying home, but I don't think I should be having stability issues like this.

Does anyone have any advice? I'm starting to believe it's an issue with my specific CMTS that started out of nowhere, but I don't know how to escalate that to Comcast to get them to look at it and see if there's any issues.
