Unreliable Internet for months

I have been experiencing daily interruptions in my Internet service for the last 2 months and it is causing significant issues with my ability to work. I am working from home due to COVID-19 and dependent on Comcast Internet to work. The daily outages are becoming a serious issue for me. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be forced to switch to a more reliable Internet provider.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?

Is this a WiFi connection ?
