Unknown Device

Keep receiving text message that a device ARRIS AX061AE1 is connected to my network. This device is unknown to me. I know the forums say it's just my own modem, but when I called Comcast, I was told that it's a cable box & since I only have internet, I should change my password.

So, which one is it? Do I need to worry about said device or not?
