Unable to change Wi-Fi settings
I’m trying to connect an amazon FireStick and I’m not able to change my WiFi to TKIP.
I’ve done a soft reset, and a factory reset and spoken with 3 support people. I do not have any PODs attaches my my account and I have never used PODs.
When I goto Connection -> WiFi -> Edit 5Ghz or 2.4Ghz all of the options are greeted out and I’m directed to the xFi app. The xFi app does not allow you to make any change other then WPA or Open.

Odd. If you have no pods yo should be able to seperate the bands and give them different names which will help with 2.4 only devices. Support should be able to help with this. I ahve pods so stuck and cna;t modify much. Good luck!

On my fire stick I didn't have to change anything, it will connect on 2.4 g and 5 g, tho 2.4 g works better, you don't say what gateway you have, I think you need to hold in the reset button on the back for 30 seconds to reset it, you will lose any custom settings you made
