Unable to access few external IPs from my network. Both ping and tracert are also not working

Hello

I have one of my distributed application running with UI components in 1and1 (74.208.244.42) and the backend components in Digital Ocean(167.99.103.154). The issue is I'm not able to connect these applications from my network. Everytime I'm getting the following issue.

This site can’t be reached

167.99.103.154 took too long to respond.

Try:

ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

All other IPs (64.227.90.177 for elasticflow, 174.138.36.148:8080 for Guacamole) and few more are reachable flawlessly. All my businesses got stuck because I cannot do my demos

I also done see any options in my router to whitelist IPs and also to check for any blacklisted IPs.

Could you please resolve this issue? Appreciate your help!

Try disabling the Xfi Advanced Security feature as a work-around for now and see. It's buggy ! And there is currently no way for an end-user to be able to whitelist anything;
