USAGE BY DAY

Hello

I have the 1.2 TB plan, normally not an issue, but in January usage shot up over 624GB. luckily it was my 1 courtesy month.

Q. I am now at 75% on 2/17 and do not want to exceed 1.2TB, How can I breakdown daily usage and times to determine where or what device is eating up bandwidth?

 

Can I get a report of usage/device/times on a per day basis?

Hi, @ddg20001! If you rent one of our xFi modems, feel free to download the Xfinity app, (AKA xFi app), from there you can what devices are using what data. I have everything put into categories, for my devices, office devices, home devices etc. So that way I can see what devices are using the most data. In my home it seems to be the gaming and 4K streaming. If you have your own modem, you can still check on daily usage via the My Account app, you'd just need to reload it every day to check for differences (it is 24 hours behind).
