UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE

I moved into a new subdivision only to find out there was absolutely no internet service. The green boxes are in the community but they have not been connected to be able to provide the homes with internet service. This is EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE! I cannot believe you would have workers come out there to begin a job and not finish it. How could a large company like this do something like this to people? You have caused an extreme HARDSHIP for me and my family since I work from home and my child attends school virtually. You have affected my livelihood and my ability to pay for my home. I have had to find and pay for places to stay and pay a mortgage on a house that I cannot live in. I truly believe if I lived in an affluent neighborhood and it was a doctor or lawyer who needed internet service you would find a way to get someone to finish their job ASAP. I plan to take this situation publicly in hopes of getting a resolution. Surely it will not matter to you as you pretty much have a monopoly on the service but at least others will know how you treat people. R. Richardson

It’s been escalated to an Official Employee to help out but do you understand that there’s more to extending services than you think. Including, but not limited to, permits, city planning, budgets, pandemics and available employees during a pandemic.
