Trying to get help, but the automated system hangs up on me when transferring to a person
My internet is getting between 5 and 40 Mbs....I'm paying for gigabit. There are also consistent dropouts. In the past 2 days, while trying tech support on the phone, my modem has been rebooted 4 or 5 times TO NO AVAIL. When the system tries to transfer me IT HANGS UP. I am NOT happy right now, as we are currently working from home, and the internet is vital to being able to do this.
