Have new equipment, trying to set it all up and get on internet. ( Right now using hotspot). Comcast website tried to help with router and got the message, " We're having trouble updating your settings. Click below and someone will call you. " Problem is I don't have a useable/functional phone at the moment. Did call tech support, nice lady did her best to help but then we were cut off, and, she couldn't call me back since I have no phone, at the moment. Using Gmail for phone. ( One is coming next week from Comcast thank-gawd!)
