Total Network Loss Every 2-3 hours, Netgear C7800
Hello,
Over the past two weeks I have been experiencing intermittent total network loss for 5-10 minutes approximately every 2-3 hours. The network is still visible on wired, 2.4, and 5 ghz connections but the internet connection completely drops on all of them at the same time. Reseting the router seems to be able to restore the connection faster but it does not make the connection come back immediately. I have also hooked up my C7000 to test if it is the C7800 but the issue is also on the C7000 as well.
Phone support has been useless as every time I call they say to power cycle the router and there is nothing they can do until connection is re-established and then make me wait 10 mintues and by then there is no longer an issue, regardless of whether or not the router is power cycled.
I have also added the log of the router and the current connection statistics to this for reference. I also factory reset the router last week to check that there was not some issue there. The firmware version is V3.01.43 and this is set by the ISP as far as I know. I also have the Gigabit plan.
Let me know if there is anything else I can do to resolve this issue. Three people use this internet to work from home now so it is very important that I can get this resolved.

Can't see your pics. Since you are a new poster, it needs to be approved by a Forum Admin. That could take some time. In the interim, you could try hosting them at one of those free third-party pic hosting sites like Imgur or Photobucket and post the link to it here.
Or copy all of the text of the status page and paste it into the body of your next post here.
