For the past 5 days now my two laptops and gaming systems keep saying this device is paused. Xfinity has helped. I've spoken to them for hours and my gaming systems, phones, and t.v's are working but my laptops say the same. They sent me a new router and I installed it...only for my laptops to give me the same error message. I've checked the app...the devices are not paused and have been troubleshooting. What else can I do as I need this fixed.
