The speed is pathetic for the last 3 weeks (mid of March 2020)

Hey, the speed is very pathetic and even couldnt attend voice zoom (without interuption) call using the speed. It was fine before. I am also using speed booster package. The speed supposed to be 50+ Mbbs. But, most of the time I am getting single digit and some times the speed goes below 1 Mbbs. There is no change in the plan, Modem (+Router), setup and other.

 

I understand the current situation, also understand there is increased in usage. But i dont accept that impacts existing users speed this worse.  Inspite of all reaching to customer care is very painful. Every time I call / chat they suggest to RESET. Even if reset it and speed is not improving and if i try to reach again, i was forced to reset again. I am in bad sitution with Xfinity internet connectivity. Any suggestions please.
