Tablets cannot connect to wifi
Hello wondering if I can get some help here, I have 2 brand new HP X2 tablets they are both unable to find the wireless network. I have serveral laptops and phones that can connect to the wifi fine with these 2 tablets the wifi network doesnt even show up as available to connect to. I have restarted the network serveral times but the issue still exists. Is there some setting that could be preventing the network to be available for these devices?

The two WiFi bands have recently been combined into one with the Comcast gateway devices. Some devices get confused and don't know how to see / talk to combined bands.
If you are not using any Xfi Pods, you can try separating the 2.4 and the 5.0 bands and give them two different broadcast names / SSID's;

Associate the devices with the 2.4 or the 5.0 (whichever one connects) band's SSID (broadcast name) and password.
