T3/4 no response errors from modem for the past 3 weeks, no useful help from Xfinity

 

Hello, for the past 3 weeks I have been getting intermittent disconnects from my internet service. These usually last about 5-10 seconds and occur every 30-45 minutes. These disconnects appear as T3/4 response errors in my modem logs. I have called Xfinity support multiple times. They have sent a tech out to my apartment and the tech found no issues with the line. This is obviously not the case. I purchased a new modem and the new modem did not fix the issue either. I purchased a Netgear CM-500 and contacted Netgear support about this issue already, they had no advice for me. Does someone have any tips for me?  If Xfinity is unable to solve this issue with their line I will end my service and switch to RCN instead.
