Still having issues no matter how many times i have called.
I have tested everything. I was getting about 800mb till the covid pandemic now. i am luck to get 200mb.
I know the issue is not in my apartment. I have tested everything(new cables)
So i have been having this issue since 3/30
I get a discount of maybe 25 dollars for the month when i call to complain with no resolve.
Can i please get a corporate number to call to get this issue resolved.
I have no help when i call or chat.
Most likely they would need to recable from the outside - in.
The crawl space is ver small.
But i need this fixed. If this issue does not get fixed in the next few days then i will need to change my plan so i am getting what i paid for.
No answer from comcast?
Why can't anyone get back to me on this issue? I guess it is time to downgrade.
If i had another internet provider in my area i would switch asap.
