I thought everything was okay since I have internet access, but once i logged into the my account tonight it says "
"Pending Activation" on my moden. I tried doing so, but now I seem to be stuck on a screen that says "One moment please". Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Try calling 1-800-comcast and ask a rep to completely remove the modem from your account and to "re-provision" it from scratch. Also ask them to confirm that the provisioning and account data in their database is correct and complete.
I self installed a new modem with a rep from Comcast who I reached through through the 800 number. She spent over two hours with me and both my internet/wifi and phone are working perfect fine.
